The Voyage

Miami to Callao

Twelve nights aboard Silver Ray sail from Miami through the Caribbean and the Panama Canal to Callao near Lima. The 728-guest vessel of Silversea's newest class pairs asymmetric open decks with the line's all-inclusive: butler service in every suite, premium wines and spirits, Wi-Fi and gratuities. The canal transit forms the centrepiece of this voyage between the Atlantic and Pacific.

Route highlights

  • Miami: embarkation in Florida with the skyline on Biscayne Bay.
  • Cartagena (CO): Colombian UNESCO World Heritage city with sixteenth-century fortification walls.
  • Panama Canal: daylight transit through Gatun Lake and the historic locks.
  • Fuerte Amador: Pacific endpoint of the canal transit with the Causeway islands.
  • Manta: Ecuadorian port and gateway to the Andean region.
  • Salaverry: access to Chan Chan and the Moche pyramids near Trujillo.
  • Callao: disembarkation port with a day excursion to Lima (UNESCO old town).

Early booking advantage: Voyages in 2028 fill quickly - premium cabins are often reserved 18-24 months in advance. An early booking enquiry is non-binding and secures your preferred cabin category.
