Long Beach to Papeete
A 22-night Pacific crossing aboard Silver Dawn sails from Long Beach in California via Hawaii and the Marquesas to Tahiti. First calls at Nawiliwili on Kauai, Kahului on Maui, Hilo and Honolulu showcase the breadth of the Hawaiian archipelago with Volcanoes National Park, Haleakala and Waikiki. After several sea days, the ship crosses the equator and reaches Nuku Hiva in the Marquesas with tikis and the Taipivai valley. In the Tuamotu archipelago, Rangiroa opens as one of the world's largest atolls, before Moorea and Raiatea as classic Society Islands close the arc to Papeete.
