Valparaíso to Ushuaia
Fourteen nights aboard Le Lyrial take you from Valparaíso through the Chilean fjords down to Ushuaia, the southernmost port of Argentina. The Pío XI Glacier, also known as the Brüggen Glacier, is the largest glacier in South America, fed by the Southern Patagonian Ice Field in Chile. Its calving front, more than three kilometres wide, spills into the fjord and is one of the few glaciers worldwide still advancing.

In the Strait of Magellan in southern Chile lie the Tuckers Islands as a small archipelago in the Magallanes province. They are home to a significant Magellanic penguin breeding colony with thousands of nesting pairs and are mainly visited by expedition ships along the classic Patagonian route between Punta Arenas and Ushuaia.
