Fort-de-France → Lisbon
Twelve nights as an Atlantic crossing from Fort-de-France on Martinique to Lisbon on the Tagus, a classic repositioning run from the Caribbean to Europe. Le Bellot follows the historic line of the West Indies galleons and the later mail steamers, with long days at sea and a French-elegant on-board atmosphere. A lecture programme, the spa and the Blue Eye lounge in the bow structure the days under way. The route ends at Lisbon, one of the earliest harbour cities at the Atlantic threshold between Africa and the Americas.
Route highlights
- Fort-de-France (Martinique): Embarkation in the capital of the French overseas department, marked by 17th-century Fort Saint-Louis.
- Atlantic crossing: Long days at sea between Caribbean and Iberian Peninsula, with an extensive lecture programme on board.
- Lisbon: Disembarkation at the mouth of the Tagus, from where Vasco da Gama set sail in 1497, today marked by the Ponte 25 de Abril.
Early booking advantage: Voyages in 2027 fill quickly - premium cabins are often reserved 18-24 months in advance. An early booking enquiry is non-binding and secures your preferred cabin category.
