The Voyage

Osaka to Manila

This fourteen-night expedition voyage from Osaka to Manila aboard Silver Cloud Expedition runs through the island worlds of East Asia. Silversea's expedition vessel offers the all-inclusive concept with butler service, premium wines, Wi-Fi and gratuities included, complemented by Zodiacs for landings on uncharted shores. The route links Japan's culinary capital with the Philippine islands, following the Ryukyu chain southwards. In June warm sea temperatures invite snorkelling and beach walks.

Route highlights

  • Osaka: opening in Japan's culinary capital and gateway to Kyoto.
  • Ryukyu islands: subtropical vegetation and endemic wildlife of Japan's southern islands.
  • East China Sea: passage between Japan and the Philippines.
  • Expedition experience: Zodiac landings at islands without harbour infrastructure.
  • Silversea on-board culture: butler in every suite, curated wines and several complimentary restaurants.
  • Manila: destination port in the Philippine capital with the Spanish old town of Intramuros.

Early booking advantage: Voyages in 2027 fill quickly - premium cabins are often reserved 18-24 months in advance. An early booking enquiry is non-binding and secures your preferred cabin category.
