Dublin to Glasgow (Greenock)
This nine-night voyage aboard Le Lyrial follows the legends of the Hebrides and Highlands. The marina platform and Zodiacs open up the narrow sounds and seabird stacks, while premium all-inclusive sets the frame on board.

Dublin · Embarkation
Dublin is the starting point for Ireland's wildest coastal landscapes. Excursions head to the Cliffs of Moher (214 m above the Atlantic) and to Newgrange - a megalithic tomb more than 5,000 years old, older than Stonehenge and Egypt's pyramids. The Guinness Storehouse and the Book of Kells at Trinity College are city must-sees.
-
Portrush
On a peninsula along the north coast of Northern Ireland in County Antrim, this Victorian seaside resort is framed by sandy beaches and cliffs. Within reach lie the Giant's Causeway with its hexagonal basalt columns and the Royal Portrush Golf Club, host of the Open Championship.
-
Canna, Hebriden
Canna is the westernmost of the Small Isles in Scotland's Inner Hebrides and has been owned by the National Trust for Scotland since 1981. The island has just around 20 residents, hosts puffins and gannets, and its Compass Hill of magnetic basalt is famous for throwing ships' compasses off course.
-
Loch Scavaig (Skye)
Dramatic sea loch on the southern coast of the Scottish Hebridean Isle of Skye, framed by the rugged Cuillin mountains. A short path from the anchorage leads to Loch Coruisk, a famed freshwater lake set in a cauldron of cliffs.
-
Loch Ewe
Sea loch on the north-west coast of Scotland in the Highlands, sheltered from the Atlantic. In the Second World War, Allied Arctic convoys to Murmansk assembled here, and on its shore lies the subtropical Inverewe Garden.
-
Kreuzen entlang der Shiant Islands
-
Stornoway, Hebriden
On the Scottish island of Lewis and Harris in the Outer Hebrides, Stornoway is the only sizeable harbour in the archipelago. Lews Castle and the Gaelic heritage define the main town.
-
St. Kilda, Hebriden
Some 60 kilometres west of the Outer Hebrides in the North Atlantic rises St Kilda, Scotland's most remote archipelago. The uninhabited islands, with their dramatic cliffs and seabird colonies, form a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Destination
Le Lyrial
Le Lyrial entered service in 2015 as the fourth and final ship of the Odyssée class. 264 guests, proven Ponant equipment and the experience of three predecessors. Particularly sought-after for Antarctic expeditions, where the ice-reinforced hull opens passages available to few ships.
In northern Europe, Le Lyrial links the fjords of Norway with the Scottish islands - natural encounters on a route that makes the rhythm of the north palpable.
