The Voyage

Adriatic, Trogir to Venice

From Trogir to Venice this yacht voyage runs the length of the eastern Adriatic coast heading north. Alongside fine island stops there are longer passages, some reaching into the night, before the arrival in the Venice lagoon.

Highlights

  • Primosten: an old town on a peninsula, surrounded by vineyards.
  • Kornati: anchoring within the island labyrinth of the national park.
  • Pula: Istria’s port city with its well-preserved Roman amphitheatre.
  • Venice: arrival across the lagoon into the heart of the city.
Distance voyage

A yacht voyage with beautiful stops for watersports and time ashore, but also longer legs sailed in part through the night. For everyone who enjoys the sailing itself.

How the route could go:

Trogir Pula Venice
3 of 5 ports located · approx. 200 nautical miles
  • Trogir · Embarkation

Trogir on the Dalmatian coast is a UNESCO World Heritage Site as one of the best-preserved Romanesque-Gothic complexes in Central Europe. The Cathedral of St. Lawrence with the famous west portal by Master Radovan is the highlight.

  • Primošten

Primosten lies on Croatia's Dalmatian coast on a small peninsula between Sibenik and Trogir. A medieval old town with red tile roofs and pebble beaches define the town.

  • Kornati
  • Pula

At the southern tip of Croatia's Istrian peninsula on the northern Adriatic, this port town impresses above all with its colossal 1st-century Roman amphitheatre, one of the six largest in the world. The arena rises within the old town and still hosts concerts and the city's film festival.

  • Venice · Disembarkation

Venice spreads across some 120 islands in the lagoon on the northern Adriatic in Italy's Veneto region. St Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace and the Grand Canal palazzos make this UNESCO World Heritage city unique.

The route of a sailing voyage may change without giving rise to mutual claims.
