The Voyage

East Greenland and Iceland from and to Reykjavík

Ten nights aboard Silver Endeavour explore Greenland's west coast and the fjords of Disko Bay from Reykjavík. The 200-guest expedition vessel, rated PC6, carries 18 Zodiacs and combines modern polar engineering with Silversea comfort: a butler in every suite, premium onboard concept and Wi-Fi. Landings depend on weather and ice, and an expedition team of naturalists, historians and glaciologists accompanies every excursion.

Route highlights

  • Reykjavík: embarkation in Iceland's capital, with Harpa concert hall and Hallgrímskirkja.
  • Prince Christian Sound: fjord transit at Greenland's southern tip, passing icebergs between 1,000-metre granite walls.
  • Nuuk: Greenland's capital, with the National Museum and the Qilakitsoq Inuit mummies.
  • Ilulissat: UNESCO World Heritage ice fjord at the Sermeq Kujalleq glacier, one of the world's most productive iceberg calvers.
  • Disko Bay: humpback whales, thick-billed murres and tabular icebergs in late summer light.
  • Eqi Glacier: dramatic calving in a narrow bay, observed from the bridge and from the Zodiacs.

Early booking advantage: Voyages in 2027 fill quickly - premium cabins are often reserved 18-24 months in advance. An early booking enquiry is non-binding and secures your preferred cabin category.
