Your payments are protected
As a tour operator we protect your payments by law: through insolvency cover with R+V Versicherung, your deposits and final payments are protected in the event of insolvency. You receive the security certificate together with your booking confirmation.

Do I need insurance for my voyage?

When should I take out insurance?
Ideally right when you book. Many trip cancellation policies require the insurance to be arranged close to the booking date.
