Sail Share works differently from a premium booking: you are part of a group of guests aboard a monohull yacht (Sun Loft 47). The atmosphere is informal and life on board is sociable. Shared double or multi-berth cabins and shared bathrooms.

Flair on board

The crew (skipper and cook/bosun) takes care of navigation and safety. You are welcome to lend a hand during manoeuvres if you wish, but you do not have to. The yacht is typically under way for three to five hours per day.

• Swimming from the stern at anchor stops

• Watersports: snorkelling; further equipment depending on location
• Catering: half board on board (breakfast plus, usually, one main meal per day; depending on location also at a local restaurant)

An informal sailing adventure

With this option there is no guarantee that the yacht will be under sail; in unfavourable winds she will proceed under engine.

Cabins

The Sun Loft 47 has 6 cabins for guests - a mix of double and multi-berth cabins. With Sail Share, the cabin is generally shared (with a partner, with another guest of the same gender, or as single occupancy for a surcharge).

Standard double cabin

Two single beds or a double bed, simple fit-out. Shared WC and shower areas aboard.

Cabin with private WC (surcharge, limited availability)

Surcharge approx. EUR 190 per cabin. Limited availability - please enquire in good time.

With Sail Share the atmosphere is informal and sociable - that is part of the concept. Anyone seeking more privacy should opt for the premium variant with exclusive booking.

Mandatory destination fee

Griechenland, Korsika, Kroatien, Amalfiküste und Sardinien sind die klassischen Mittelmeer-Segelreviere mit kulturellem Reichtum, gut entwickelter Infrastruktur und kurzen Distanzen zwischen Häfen. Segelsaison Mai bis Oktober mit den ruhigsten Wochen im September.

Tagsüber warm und sonnig, abends mild. Die meisten Häfen verfügen über Restaurants direkt am Wasser.
