Papeete → Valparaíso
Twenty-three nights lead from the Tahiti archipelago across the most remote islands in the Pacific to Valparaíso. Silver Cloud leaves Papeete bound for the Tuamotu and Gambier groups, then sets course for Pitcairn and Easter Island with its moai, before crossing the Pacific to the Chilean coast. An expedition team accompanies the voyage with lectures on Polynesian navigation, Rapa Nui culture and marine biology. Zodiac landings wherever possible bring these remote worlds within reach.
Route highlights
- Departure from Papeete and atolls of the Tuamotu
- Pitcairn with the trace of the Bounty mutineers
- Easter Island with its moai statues, UNESCO World Heritage
- Long sea days across the South Pacific under starry skies
- Lectures on Polynesian navigation and Rapa Nui culture
- Arrival in Valparaíso with its colourful hillside quarters
Early booking advantage: Voyages in 2027 fill quickly - premium cabins are often reserved 18-24 months in advance. An early booking enquiry is non-binding and secures your preferred cabin category.
