Valparaíso to Papeete
This 22-night expedition aboard Silver Cloud sails from Chile across the south-eastern Pacific back to French Polynesia. From Valparaíso, the route first heads to the lonely Juan Fernandez Islands of Robinson Crusoe and Alejandro Selkirk, the real setting of Defoe's novel. Across long sea days, the voyage reaches Easter Island with its Moai statues and the Rapa Nui UNESCO World Heritage National Park, as well as Pitcairn with its Bounty descendants.
