Zadar

Der Hafen von Zadar im berühmten Abendlicht

Zadar on the Croatian Adriatic coast has Roman roots. The Sea Organ (waves create music through built-in pipes) and the "Greeting to the Sun" (300 solar-powered glass panels) at the waterfront are modern art installations of world renown.

The "Pearl of the Adriatic" is one of Europe's best-preserved medieval cityscapes and has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979. The mighty 13th-century city walls can be walked all the way round - offering panoramic views of the Adriatic and the Dalmatian islands.

Giardini Naxos (Sizilien)

One of the most beautiful islands of Greece - Paxos, view of Lakka bay

Klippen mit türkisfarbener Grotte im Mittelmeer

On the Costa del Sol in Andalusia on Spain's southern Mediterranean coast lies Málaga at the foot of the El Torcal mountains.
