10 nights · 14. February - 24. February 2028 · Cabo San Lucas → Cabo San Lucas
This ten-night round voyage aboard Le Bellot is offered in association with Smithsonian Journeys and focuses on the whales, deserts and broad coastlines of Baja California. The 184-guest Explorer-class ship, with sixteen Zodiacs and a marina platform, enables close encounters in the Sea of Cortez, which Jacques Cousteau called the world's aquarium. Smithsonian experts accompany the voyage with lectures on marine biology, geology and the peninsula's cultures. In February grey whales calve in Bahía Magdalena while large sea-lion colonies populate the northern islands.
